Business Showcase Vendor Registration

Our 12th Annual Business Showcase is coming! We are so thrilled to bring an affordable opportunity to local businesswomen to showcase their goods and services. We’ve added some exciting new changes to this incredible event! MORE vendors, MORE exposure for your business, MORE participant engagement, and MORE fun! This year, our location will be at the Clarion Inn Frederick Event Center, in the beautiful, spacious and well-lit Ballroom. This is a perfect opportunity to network, learn about your fellow local businesswomen, share what you have to offer your community, and SHOP!! FREE appetizers, cash bar access, and our attendees will have a chance to WIN a fabulous technological gadget. The following is what you will receive when you register as a vendor this year.

  • An 8 ft. table will be provided (you MUST provide linens)
  • Larger space if needed for large displays, clothing racks etc. (at an additional cost)
  • Electricity if needed

Marketing is also included for the showcase and will be heavily publicized on social media, in local newspapers, local radio stations, other organizations, local website calendars, and MORE! You are expected to share the event via social media and by word of mouth to your network. The more we are talking about it, the more people that will attend, so we ALL win!

You will have the option to be included in an informational takeaway folder we will be providing to ALL attendees to take home with them. You must provide us a total of 150 printed, of ONE of the following, an 8×10 page write up about your company/services, brochures etc. (NO business cards or samples, MUST be a flat paper product to go into a folder), to be dropped off at Clearview Car Care at 102 South Wisner Street Frederick, MD 21701 NO LATER THAN May 1. There will be no exceptions to this and late drop offs will NOT be accepted.

Only ONE vendor and 2 representatives per company are allowed.
